On February 22nd, Sala Graupera was invited to participate in the program "El Primer Cafè" broadcast on Radio Arenys.
During the interview we talked about sustainable gardens and the need for a change in mentality on the part of the consumer, as the protagonist when it comes to moving from a garden where tropical plants are mostly used to a sustainable garden.
The factors that make our forests so vulnerable to pests were mentioned, such as structural conditions (type of terrain and slope), meteorological conditions (Climate change), the high density of trees and their poor management; and whether these factors are also determining and can be extrapolated to our gardens.

We also talked about the management we must have in our garden when planting our gardens, giving the vital space that each species requires, and taking into account the water requirements of each species.
And finally some native plants were mentioned as candidates for our sustainable garden. Such as some varieties of Teucrium, Cistus, Rosmarinus and Lavandula, all of them available in our nursery.
